Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) involves Horses in the arena with ground activities of obstacles that represent the challenges Veterans & Service Members face daily. This SUD EAP Program is designed to assist the Veterans and Service Members in gaining awareness of negative thoughts, feelings, and sensations to foster more realistic thoughts and in turn use and develop healthy coping strategies.
