MST Workshops
This Specialty Workshop is designed to specifically address the issues faced by Female Veterans, Active Duty, & Reserve Service Members who have experienced Military Sexual Trauma (MST).
Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) involves Horses in the arena with ground activities of obstacles that represent the challenges the Female Veterans & Service Members are facing daily as a result of their trauma.
During this MST EAP Workshop the Veterans & Service Members will learn with the help of their Horses and Therapist to develop positive coping skills to replace the negative feelings and survival techniques that they may be using every day. This workshop will address the overwhelming feelings of fear, worry, hurt, anger, negative body image, accountability, and hopelessness.
