In Memory of Clover
Clover was a Black Tobiano American Miniature Pony born in 2005. Clover joined Shamrock Reins on September 11, 2017. She had the sweetest personality, loved to graze, and go for long walks around the property. When anyone kneeled down to her level, she loved to give hugs and kisses. She was full of energy and personality in her little body. She could also be a handful at times running around the pasture at high speed, if she chose not to be caught always challenging us, you could just see it in her eyes. Clover was a diligent therapy partner for which we will always be grateful. Clover was a wonderful teacher and she loved each and every one of her Participants. She taught her Participants how to be calm by rewarding them with trust, love, and support. Clover was small but a mighty part of the Shamrock Reins herd.
On August 21, 2020, Shamrock Reins had to say goodbye to our Special Clover. We will never forget the clicking of her hooves on the barn floor, her messy forelock, seeing her covered with stall shavings, and most of all her little voice reminding us she was always there. Rest easy little one. Donegal, Gus, Rose, and Emerald will take good care of you.
We will miss you forever.
